  1. I think the sunglasses would be put to good use. protecting my aging eyes as I paddle my canoe around northern New England...Yes, we are planning on paddling in SUN!

  2. I recently rediscovered my love for hiking and backpacking and haven't been able to afford much gear on a college students budget, so a Nemo or Big Agnes sleeping pad sure would be put to good use on the overnight backpacking trips I have planned for this summer around New England!

  3. I finally retired my Vasque sundowners this past fall. They've been my trusted friends for 20 years, through 27 countries. Trekking in Torres del Paine, researching goshawks in The Chugach range of Alaska, leading naturalist hikes in the rain forests of Peru and conserving land in good old Vermont. Time for some new friends for the next 20 years....how about those Vasque Breeze boots?

  4. So many great products, its tough to choose. But if I must choose a favorite,I would say Lowa boots.I have owned many different brands of hiking boots, and I have liked most of them.Lowas are my favorite. They have that perfect combination of durability, comfort, traction, waterproofing. Thanks CC Outdoor.

  5. Growing up in Vermont, its hard not too be outside, and while I certainly had my fair share of experiences in the woods or at the river, sometimes its hard to not let life get in the way. I have recently gotten more involved in the outing club at my school and with their help and friends from home, I have rekindled my love for hiking and plan on doing much more in the future. An osprey bag would be the perfect bag for getting back out there and revitalize my love for Vermont and the outdoors!

  6. The Lowa Renegades have my attention. After spending all summer on a fire line in a pair of White's Smokejumpers, a pair of cushioned hiking boots would be like heaven on earth.

Thanks for the opportunity and I wish you another 15 years of continued success.

  7. My son has got me hooked on backpacking. I've been considering some treking poles for backpacking. So for me the Leki Poles would be a nice addition to my gear. I would also hope poles may help me while backpacking.

  8. I would be happy to win the Lowa Renegade boots for my son in law, an avid white water raft guide and outdoorsman.
